Eligibility & Approval
We reserve the right to approve, deny, or remove affiliates at our discretion to maintain brand alignment.
Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.
Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate link.
Commissions are only earned on completed, non-refunded orders.
If an order is canceled or refunded, the related commission will be voided.
Commission rates and promotions may change with notice.
Commissions apply to subscription purchases and approved products only.
Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates agree to promote Maeven Box in a way that aligns with our brand values.
Affiliates may not:
-Use misleading, false, or exaggerated claims
-Represent themselves as Maeven Box employees or owners
-Bid on “Maeven Box” branded keywords in paid search ads
-Use coupon, deal, or cashback sites
-Promote Maeven Box on sites or platforms containing offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content
Affiliates must:
-Clearly disclose affiliate relationships (e.g., “This post contains affiliate links”)
-Use approved images, links, and messaging provided by Maeven Box
Discount & Coupon Policy
-Affiliates may only promote discounts or offers that are officially provided by Maeven Box.
-Unauthorized coupon sharing may result in commission removal or account termination.
Payouts
Commissions are paid after the return/refund window has closed.
Payments are issued according to the payout schedule and method selected within Refersion.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information.
Brand Assets
Affiliates may use approved Maeven Box logos, images, and marketing materials provided in the affiliate dashboard.
Brand assets may not be altered, misrepresented, or used outside the affiliate relationship.
Termination
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time.
Upon termination, affiliates must stop using Maeven Box links and brand assets.
Outstanding unpaid commissions may be forfeited if terms are violated.
Program Changes
Maeven Box reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
